1.) Purchase this service and send us your old phone that has the information you want extracted.

2.) Your old Cell Phone must be operational (in working condition), otherwise you will need to also purchase the repair service.

3.) We will extract the information from the old phone and send it to you either by email or on a CD and provide you step by step instructions on how to upload the information into your iPhone.

4.) Be sure to let us know if you are using a Windows Based PC or an Apple Macintosh Computer to Sync to your iPhone.

5.) When the service is completed, we can send back your old phone or we can recycle it and offer you a coupon to use on our website.  The coupon value will be dependent on the model and condition of the old cell phone.  Please be sure to choose this option when purchasing this service. 

NOTE: Since the current version of iPhone does not support videos you may not be able to upload the videos to your iPhone but you will definitely be able to  upload your pictures into the iPhone.
